As a Senior Sales Executive at CR Payroll, you play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of our organisation through consultative payroll sales. Your primary responsibility is to lead and execute strategic sales initiatives, fostering strong potential client relationships, and promoting our innovative payroll services. The purpose of this role is multi-faceted and crucial to achieving our business objectives.

Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with potential clients.
  • Understand potential client’s business needs and objectives to effectively position our consultative payroll solutions.
  • Identify and pursue key market segments, industries, and potential clients for consultative payroll services.
  • Conduct consultations with potential clients to understand their payroll challenges and objectives.
  • Propose customized payroll solutions that address potential clients’ unique needs and add value to their business.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and updates in payroll technology.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of our payroll services and effectively communicate their benefits to potential clients.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, showcasing the value proposition of our consultative payroll services.
  • Create detailed proposals, including pricing and service offerings, tailored to each client’s requirements.
  • Lead negotiation efforts and work collaboratively with potential clients to finalize contractual agreements.
  • Close sales deals, ensuring a win-win situation for both the potential client and the company.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including implementation, customer support, and operations.
  • Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management, detailing progress towards targets and identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in consultative sales, preferably in the payroll or HR services industry.
  • Understanding of payroll processes and regulations.
  • Experience using HubSpot suite.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on exceeding sales targets.
